Pizzas Were Flying Out the Door! We just packed up our special lobby display at People’s United — A Division of M&T Bank in historic downtown Peterborough. The most exciting thing we learned while selling there this past month is that Peterborough Pooches Love Pizza. Bronte’s Pooch Pizzas sold out as fast as we could bake them! We even tried out a new crust — sweet potato instead of peanut butter.

What Goes Into a “Better Biscuit”? Every ingredient that goes into Bronte’s secret recipes can be found in our family kitchen. From the basics like oats and flour to the ingredients that give each biscuit variety its special taste, if Bronte’s People wouldn’t use it when cooking or baking their own food, you won’t find it in a Bronte’s Better Biscuit! Bronte’s Boy roasts, peels, and mashes by hand each fresh sweet potato for the Sweet Potato Stars.
